Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time, on every plan. Profile, then Your details, then Your data gives you a spreadsheet of your expenses and a full copy of everything.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Profile, then Delete account removes your login, your entries and your attached files permanently.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers everyday tracking. Paid plans raise the limits on loans, saved reports, people and history. See pricing.
What happens when a trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Free limits apply again: for example, months older than the Free history limit are hidden from view until you upgrade.
