You control who
can view your data.
Your entries are private to your account unless you use a sharing or team feature. What others can view depends on the access you give them.
Encrypted connections
Everything between your browser and our servers travels over HTTPS.
Passwords never readable
Passwords are stored as a one-way hash, so nobody, including us, can read them. Repeated sign-in attempts are slowed down.
Private unless you share
Your expenses, budgets, income and loans are tied to your account. Others see them only through a share or a business team you set up.
Private attachments
Receipts and files are stored privately, not on public links, and only open for signed-in people with access to that profile.
No bank access
We never connect to your bank and never ask for card numbers or account details.
No ads, no selling
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and the app sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Only what the app needs to work.
- Your email, an optional name and your hashed password
- What you enter: expenses, budgets, income, loans, categories, people and saved reports
- Files you attach to entries
- Contact details you add for people on the Loans page, used only to open reminders for you
- Basic technical logs such as sign-in times and errors, to keep the service safe
You, and the people you give access.
Your personal profile is yours alone. If you share one loan or one person, that person can view only that item, and cannot edit it. In a business profile, team members see what their role allows: owners and co-owners manage everything, members with "Can add" add expenses and income and edit their own, and view-only members can only look. You can remove access at any time. Our support team can see account details such as your email, plan and when you last signed in, to help you and manage accounts. They do not see the contents of your expenses through the admin tools, and every admin action is recorded in an audit log.

Delete in one step
Deleting your account removes your login, your entries and your files from the app straight away. Ask us if you need details on how long server backups keep a copy.
